Olimpia Splendid Peler 4e: cooler with several useful functions

Among the various Olimpia Splendid coolers, we believe that the Peler 4e is without a shadow of a doubt the best. As you will read in the course of the review, it is the most advanced cooler in terms of functions. And of course, as you can see from the picture on the left (even if it doesn’t give you the full picture), the design is not only sleek but also slim (only 24 cm wide, 61 cm high and 30 cm deep).
Compared to other models of the same brand and commercial line, Olimpia Splendid Peler 4e also has wheels.

Olimpia Peler 4e: the cooler with a timer!

As we have written before, Olimpia Splendid Peler 4e is one of the most evolved coolers as it boasts functions not always found in other evaporative coolers. One of these is the timer. You will be able to adjust the operation up to a maximum of 4 hours, so the cooler will turn off automatically. Also, even if you want to change some other setting (maybe change the speed) you won’t have to move from where you are, because if you have the remote control with you, you can adjust everything remotely. So there’s no need to always have to interact with the control panel which, by the way, boasts touch controls.

Let’s now move on to one of the most important points when choosing a cooler: the quietness.
Olimpia Splendid Peler 4e is silent?
For us yes, because our noise threshold can be defined as very high, so we can fall asleep even if there is a party going on outside. So we think the Peler 4e’s Silent system does its job. However, if we were to put ourselves in the shoes of someone who can’t sleep a wink even with the ticking of a clock, then we wouldn’t recommend using it at night, since even at low speed there is a minimum of noise.
But as we often say, this is a very subjective data. Our opinion is still positive on the quietness factor, but we can’t guarantee that you will find it so.
Having spoken about the noise, let’s now move on to all the other features of this Olimpia Splendid Peler cooler.

  • Maximum air flow and air speed: 400 m3/h – 5.8 m/s
  • Maximum consumption of 75 watts: so we are referring to really low consumption (there will be no need to put your hands in your hair when the bill arrives).
  • Water tank capacity: 3.5 litres.
  • Horizontal oscillation of the air flow: for a more homogeneous diffusion.
  • Honeycomb dust filter: washable.
  • Lightweight: weighs 4.5 kg.

Olimpia Splendid Peler 4e cooler: price and final opinion

We consider Olimpia Splendid Peler 4e a good cooler but there are some precautions to take into consideration.
The first is that relating to the humidity that is created in the room, so you should use it only in ventilated areas otherwise in the long run you will feel hotter.
The second precaution concerns the noise. If at night the noise does not make you sleep, well then do not use this Olimpia cooler in your bedroom or at least not at night.
The third thing to remember is not to expect the same performance of an air conditioner. Since it is not and will never guarantee the same coolness.
After all these precautions, the judgment on the cooler is definitely good also because of the price[visible here] that we believe adequate (considering that on the market there are much more expensive coolers).
